The Cloud Village aims to create a collaborative space for individuals
interested in cloud security, ethical hacking, and responsible
disclosure. We encourage attendees to engage, learn, and contribute
positively to the community.
2. Expected Behavior

3. Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to:

Harassment and Discrimination: Intimidating, harassing,
abusive, discriminatory, or derogatory conduct towards any
individual or group.

Disruption: Disrupting presentations, discussions, or other
events.

Inappropriate Content: Displaying sexually explicit or
violent material.

Illegal Activities: Engaging in or promoting illegal
behavior, including unauthorized hacking.
4. Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Individuals asked to
cease such behavior are expected to comply immediately. Consequences
for violations may include:

Removal from the Village: Participants may be expelled from
the Cloud Village at the discretion of the organizers.

Banning from Virtual Communities: Offenders may be prohibited
from attending future events or participating in related online
communities.

Banning from Virtual Communities: Serious breaches will be
escalated to the Seasides Conference organizers and, if necessary,
reported to law enforcement.
5. Reporting Guidelines
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any
concerns, please notify a Cloud Village organizer as soon as possible.
Organizers can be identified by their badges and will be trained to
address and report incidents effectively.
6. Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to all participants at the Cloud Village,
including attendees, volunteers, organizers, and anyone with an
official role. It also extends to related social events and digital
spaces associated with the Village.
7. Liability of Information Disclosure
All discussions, presentations, and content shared within the Cloud
Village are the responsibility of the individual presenters. Each
presenter must ensure they have followed appropriate responsible
disclosure processes and obtained necessary consents for any
information shared. The Cloud Village organizers and Seasides
Conference are not liable for unauthorized disclosures by presenters.
